WP10 analyses the policy-related institutional aspects that affect the features and development of GINs between Europe and latecomer economies. It reflects upon the most relevant dynamics of GINs, their threats and opportunities in view of the international dimension of the Lisbon strategy, and discusses their implications for the next 10-15 years.
